SYDH High and Low Temperature Vacuum Stepper Motor

he SENYD SYDH series vacuum stepper motor adopts a brand-new design, using carefully selected materials and advanced manufacturing processes for the production and inspection of specialized motors.

It operates across an extreme temperature range from -196°C to +200°C, with a vacuum level better than 1.0 × 10⁻⁵ Pa. The standard design includes frame sizes 20, 28, 35, 42, 57, and 86, featuring a two-phase, four-wire hybrid stepper motor structure.

It is also suitable for high-cleanliness environments. Through special material selection and a comprehensive post-processing process, the motor performs excellently even under ultra-clean operating conditions.

According to customer requirements, SENYD cooperates with third-party manufacturers to jointly develop gearboxes of corresponding ratings, which can be customized and optimized. In addition, motors can be further customized in terms of specifications, as well as radiation resistance, mold resistance, impact resistance, shaft configurations, and other special requirements.
